Cook It Up 2023 Omelettes 01


  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup white onion, diced

  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ cup mix of feta cheese and cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup mushrooms, diced

  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  1. Whisk eggs until combined. Wash and chop the produce. Add the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and salt and pepper to the beaten egg mix.

  2. Heat up the pan to medium low heat. Add olive oil. When the pan is hot, add the egg and vegetable mix. Let cook evenly on one side for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and flip half the egg mixture over making a half moon shape. Continue to cook for 2 minutes, then flip the entire omelette over on one side. Pan fry until cooked through.

  3. Enjoy this fun and easy breakfast!
