Tzatziki Dip
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 0 Minutes Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk greek yogurt
½ cup grated cucumber
1 clove of garlic grated/minced
1 tbsp minced dill
½ lemon, juiced
½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 package gluten free crackers
1 bag baby carrots
Directions:
Wash the outside of the cucumber. Grate enough to fill ½ cup, squeeze with a paper towel to get out any excess water, set aside.
Mince the garlic, and chop up the dill.
Make the dip by combining yogurt, dill, cucumber, fresh squeezed lemon, garlic, salt, and olive oil. Mix together until combined.
Dip and enjoy with carrots and crackers.
