“Our bodies can achieve amazing things, it’s your mind that you have to convince. Strengthen your mind and your body will follow.” Binti has been in the fitness industry for over 4 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Her certifications include Certified Personal Trainer from (NCSF) and (NASM), Sports Nutrition (NCSF), and Corrective Exercise (NASM.) Her passion is to help individuals improve their lives, build muscles, and optimize their nutrition. She has programmed design for all types of demographic of people. From individuals looking to build muscles, burn fat, live a healthier lifestyle, increase their endurance and performance (speed/agility), or improve their balance, flexibility, mobility and more. Her experiences have taught her that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. Outside of her career Binti enjoys running marathons, ultra-distance, and reading the Quran. She is currently on her pathway for Physical Therapy and she is excited to help you meet your fitness goals.
