Chelsea is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. She has trained clients from ages 10-88 years old. She specializes in weight loss, team sports training, strength training and working with active older adults. Chelsea also has the NASM Integrated Training certification and NASM Mental Toughness certification under her belt to help you achieve your goals. She is very passionate about group exercises and is certified in a wide range of classes from cycling to boot camp to yoga. Chelsea believes in setting attainable goals in order to maintain lasting success. She believes health and fitness goals are not a “quick fix”. Her goal is to guide you as you make changes and choices to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. She believes her training style is unique to each client. Understanding that each client has different goals and needs is important to helping them succeed.
