Emily has always been active. Her participation in sports started at a very young age with YMCA leagues and camps and progressed to a more competitive setting in AAU basketball. Physical fitness evolved from being a necessity for sports to being a perpetual passion. As a trainer, her favorite thing is to share this love of exercise with clients, especially those that are initially intimidated by weight training. Whether working with beginners or those that are looking to switch up their usual routines, there is a strong emphasis on proper form and technique. Her goal is to help clients empower themselves in pursuit of their goals.
