Grace is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in performance enhancement and women’s fitness. Her passion for fitness and nutrition stems from her lifelong experience as a multi-sport athlete and collegiate soccer player, along with years of exposure, implementation and success in her own personal health and wellness journey. She is an advocate for taking a holistic approach to wellness by addressing the mental, physical and nutritional needs of the body, and truly has a desire to help all individuals find the kind of movement that they love!
