Julie has been a personal trainer for 8 years and have taught group fitness classes for 14 years. Her certifications include Certified Personal Training (NASM), Weight Loss Specialist (NASM), Behavior Change Specialist (NASM), Aerobic and Fitness Association of America – Primary Group Exercise, and many other group fitness modalities. Spreading wellness is her passion. Julie loves to feel active and strong and enjoyes sharing that with others. From strength and cardio training to weight loss to lifestyle improvement, seeing members’ growth and change is her reward.
