Leesa is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. She is passionate about coaching individuals to enjoy fitness routines that enhance personal wellness and bring energy to their daily lives. Leesa has over 16 years of experience in Group Fitness teaching classes in TRX Suspension Training, RIP Training, Fitness for Life, Sit and Get Fit, Water Aerobics and Core classes. She has lead groups participating in Healthy Weight Loss Programs and Livestrong Programs at Wolverine YMCA. She has coached several sports at the middle and high school level. Leesa is eager to share her education in health and wellness to help you reach your personal goals in your fitness journey.
