Reanna is a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist through ACE. She has spent 15 years in Occupational Therapy helping active agers return to meaningful active lifestyles after debilitating illnesses and injury. She is a big believer in the 5 F’s – family, friends, fitness, food, and fun – in no particular order. Making these a priority in one’s life creates lifelong changes for better health and wellness both physically and mentally. Reanna sets up individualized plans based on each client’s goals with a focus on meeting each client where they are on their health and fitness journey. If you are just starting or an avid lifter wanting to improve your physique and strength, Reanna can help and is looking forward to working with you.
In Reanna’s spare time she competes in bodybuilding competitions and currently has her Pro Card in Women’s Fitness. She loves the outdoors, dogs, and spending time with her husband and 2 children. Reanna believes taking care of yourself first is a priority, taking the steps to do this can be tough but it is one of the best decisions you will make in your life.
